I had the honor of visioning and creating a logo for Worn + Adorned Vintage Goods. The inspiration is drawn from growing up in a household furnished with Tiffany Lamps. These are some fo my favorite vintage, antique items in existence. They’ve been in my psyche for as long as I can remember. I knew I wanted to keep it feminine, sturdy, and classic. These are all words I also think of when I think of the Tiffany Lamps I grew up around.
I researched Tiffany Patterns, and landed on these roses. They feel feminine, sturdy, and what’s more classic than a rose? The colors help it feel older vs. modern. The feelings of feminine, sturdy, and classic are not just the feelings I wanted to evoke in this logo, but also the intentional emotion the owner carries and represents in her shop, and the vintage goods she seeks out. This project was a blast, especially when I get to tie in some of my favorite things into a non-personal project.
